Iodine Stabilized Helium-Neon Laser

Stabilized HeNe Laser

The I2-HeNe is a Helium Neon Laser stabilized on the saturated absorption spectrum of molecular iodine. Its stabilization method yields extremely high frequency stability and repeatability, making the I2-HeNe ideal for the calibration of all wavelength meters, including the most accurate WS8-2. Please note that the output is frequency modulated and should therefore be used with an exposure time higher than 10 ms (100 ms are recommended) to achieve the best stability performances.
